The app provides client-side monitoring tools for Linux SSH servers and websites, including optional Pro features such as SSL details, diagnostics, and reporting.
2. Your Responsibilities
- You are responsible for the servers and URLs you add.
- You must have authorization to access target systems.
- You are responsible for complying with local laws and policies.
3. Purchases and Pro Access
- Pro features are optional and not included in the free app.
- Pro Lifetime is a separate one-time in-app purchase (not a subscription).
- Billing, refunds, and purchases are managed by Apple.
- Purchases are tied to your Apple ID according to Apple's terms.
- Pro availability may vary by region and storefront.
4. Availability Disclaimer
The app is provided "as is." Network status, third-party endpoints, and SSL/DNS conditions can change at any time and may affect monitoring results.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages caused by app usage or monitoring inaccuracies.
6. Third-Party Components
The app uses third-party libraries and platform services (for example, SSH and App Store frameworks), each governed by their own licenses and terms.
