1. Overview

HabitTrack ("the App") is provided by Hairu Hu. This policy explains how we handle data related to your use of the App.

2. Data We Collect

By default, we do not collect, upload, or sell personally identifiable information. HabitTrack does not include third-party ad SDKs.

The App stores data locally on your device (and optionally in your iCloud container if enabled), including:

• Habit names, icons, colors, and weekly goals
• Daily check-in records
• In-app preferences (theme, widget setup, reminder time, etc.)

If you purchase Pro, billing is handled by the Apple App Store. We do not receive your card details. Subscription status may be verified via RevenueCat only for entitlement access.

3. How Data Is Used

Data is used only to:

• Display your habits, stats, and widgets
• Send local reminders if you grant permission
• Support backup and restore (iCloud or JSON export)

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your habit data.

Third-party services used only when relevant features are enabled:

No ads, no ad profiling: we do not use ad networks, ad identifiers for targeting, or cross-app ad profiling.

5. Storage and Security

• Data is primarily stored on your iPhone/iPad.
• App Group storage is used to share data between app and widget.
• You can export JSON anytime or delete the app to remove local data.

6. Your Rights

You can:

• Access/export data (JSON, CSV for Pro)
• Delete data (delete app or overwrite with empty backup)
• Disable iCloud sync and notifications

7. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect children's personal information.

8. Policy Updates

We may update this policy. Continued use of the App after updates means you accept the revised policy.
