1. Acceptance

By downloading, installing, or using HabitTrack (the "App"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

The App is provided by Hairu Hu.

2. Service Description

The App is designed for personal habit tracking, check-ins, statistics, and widget display. It is provided "as is" without guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free operation.

3. Subscriptions and Payment

• Pro subscriptions (monthly/yearly) and lifetime purchase are billed via the Apple App Store.
• Auto-renewable subscriptions renew according to Apple's rules unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends in iOS Settings -> Apple ID -> Subscriptions.
• Refunds and billing disputes are handled by Apple via reportaproblem.apple.com.

4. Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the App lawfully and not for infringing or illegal purposes;
• Not reverse engineer, decompile, crack, or bypass subscription and feature controls;
• Not abuse the App to distribute malicious content or disrupt service operations.

5. Intellectual Property

All app interface, code, icons, and content are owned by the developer. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the App, not ownership.

6. Disclaimer

The App is a productivity and habit tool and does not provide medical, psychological, or professional advice. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use or inability to use the App.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and post updates on this page. Continued use of the App means you accept the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China (excluding conflict-of-law rules). Disputes should first be resolved through good-faith negotiation; if unresolved, disputes are subject to the competent court at the developer's domicile.
